Returns & Refunds

Every FLAFO product is made to order specifically for you. Because our products are produced on demand, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size or color selections, or for a change of mind.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

We want you to be happy with your order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

Once the issue is verified, we will work to make it right through a replacement or refund, as appropriate. In most cases involving a damaged or defective product, you will not need to return the item.

Sizing

Because apparel is made to order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges when the incorrect size is ordered. Please review the size guide on the product page before placing your order.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are submitted for production shortly after they are placed. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production, we cannot guarantee that it can be changed or canceled.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
